All treatments are conducted under qualified and trained practitioners, and BroGlow is fully insured and underwritten by Beazley Medical Malpractice Insurance. All treatments will only be carried out if the practitioner is trained in them. All certificates are on display for clients to view.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Under no circumstances does BroGlow offer refunds on deposits once they have been paid. We are happy to change and reschedule appointments. Deposits will only be refunded under the sole discretion of company policy and/or as per company terms and conditions. This will be clearly stated during the booking stage when booking on our website.

Refund Policy

All treatments are carried out by an advanced practitioner, and a full consultation will take place before any treatment is conducted. As with any treatment, there are risks. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these risks so you can make an informed decision.

Although good results are expected, it is possible that after treatment, the face may appear uneven as some areas may be more affected by the product than others. It is also possible that the treatment may not last as expected.

The results of your treatment depend on several factors, including but not limited to:

• Genetics

• Metabolism

• Age

• Medical history

• Natural anatomy

Because of these factors, there is no guarantee on results that can be obtained through treatment. Dissatisfaction remains a real risk.

Under no circumstances does BroGlow offer full or partial refunds.

Gift Vouchers

• Valid until the expiry date specified (1 year after purchase).

• Cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

• BroGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and cannot replace them.

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Not valid with any other offer at BroGlow.

• Must be used by one person.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. When booking your treatment, you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit* on most treatments.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.

• Cancelling with 24 hours or less notice results in a loss of deposit, and you are liable for the full cost of the treatment.

If paying by voucher** and you fail to turn up, or do not adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy, you risk losing 20% of your voucher.

All deposits are used towards the cost of your treatment.

Please call, email, or contact us via Facebook or Instagram if you cannot attend your appointment.

When booking a consultation***, you will be required to pay a £10 or £15 booking fee, which is fully refundable. If you choose to go ahead with a treatment, this will be deducted from the treatment price.

Discounted Vouchers

• To book using a discounted voucher, contact us directly — our team will book you in, and you will not pay a deposit.

• If a deposit is required for a booking, you cannot use a discounted voucher for that booking.

• At the discretion of BroGlow, or as governed by our Terms & Conditions, alternative options may be available — please contact us for clarification.

• Discounted vouchers can only be used on 1 treatment per visit (multiple visits allowed).

• No loyalty stamps are given for discount vouchers.

• No double discounts, coupon codes, discount codes, or any other special offers can be paired with discounted vouchers.
